We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your VitoriaHesed purchase, we realize there are times when you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please review the information below.
VitoriaHesed will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within mentioned days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
- Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product based on the look & feel or minor differences in shades, and colours.
- Merchandise must be in its original and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will only be refunded if you receive the damaged merchandise.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
- Suppose the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc., are covered under exceptions, and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances). In that case, the customer can cancel the order, and the total amount will be refunded back to the customer.
- We do not take any responsibility for a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
